Explanation
The password expected by a prompt statement in a connect or disconnect
macro is missing. The password was expected to be in the user list.

Examine the user list being used by this application. If you do
see entries that define values for the property _password, contact
HCL service. Otherwise, the user list needs to be rebuilt using the
HCL ZIETrans Toolkit.
