Restore the missing file. Make sure the file is not marked as read-only
and that the user that is running WebSphere® Application
Server has the necessary privileges to create and write files in that
directory.

You might need to rebuild the ZIETrans project before the application
is run.
Note: You can set your Eclipse 
workbench
preferences to perform a build automatically when a resource has been
modified.
